OUR STORY


We offer dinner dishes that taste heavenly. I came to Norway as an Indian specialist chef in Indian dishes in June 2008. Before that I had a degree in cooking and had an internship at the Hilton Hotel and Holiday Inn Crown Plaza in New Dehli India.

After that I worked as a chef in the Grand Inter-Continental Hotel in New Delhi India (1994 to 1999), after which I got a job offer from ISRAEL as a Specialist Chef in Indian dishes in January 1999 to April 2001. I continued working at Catering Firma og Restaurant in New Delhi India 2001 to 2005 and in Germany from March 2005 to May 2008, after which I continued to work in Norway.

I want to offer my hospitality, based on my experience in other hospitality companies with my experience in the field since 1994. I use ingredients that are always fresh, I guarantee you the very best when you come through the door with me as a guest.

You walk into my Indian restaurant with the feeling of being in an Indian home. The menu is of course Indian with traditional grilled and casserole dishes. With such a central location, this is the perfect place for a meal after work, or for a night out in the Eiker area. Welcome to a tasty meal with me, with kind regards Ravinder Singh Rauthan (RAVI)
